Panda Bamboo Floors are delivered by by responsible shipment companies like UPS, USPS and selected Freight Companies.

Our rates for pallets transportations are very competitive, so you can check and compare total prices per square feet from our competitors. Panda Pallets Cargo is a secure and affordable way to get our floors to your location.

You can use the Panda Pallets Cargo for shipments of more than 5 or 6 cartons, or even better, for complete pallets. There is a great saving in shipping costs with pallets shipments.

For small accessories orders, up to 70 lbs (One carton and up to 6 accessories); the best rate is offered by USPS.

For orders from 2 to 5 cartons, you can use UPS.

For international shipping, we have a list of competitive international freight companies that we can gather quotes from to give you the best rate available. Arrival times

All delivery dates are estimates. We recommend that you do not book installation until you receive your product. All deliveries are curbside deliveries(1). Customer is responsible for unloading. Freight Driver can hand boxes/bundles from the truck, but customer is responsible for moving the delivery into the home, office or location.

We at Panda Limited, outsource the manufacturing process at our China branch, imports, warehouses and ships all of the Panda Bamboo flooring products offered on our Main offices/stores and on our Online Shop.

The average delivery time for an order is 1-8 business days after a confirmed payment. Some orders arrive earlier, most orders arrive within the 2-6 business day range and some orders arrive later.

Placing and verifying your order.

As a customer, you are the only party responsible for the accuracy and quantity of your own individual orders. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is your receipt of the purchased items. It is your sole responsibility to verify the order for accuracy and contact us with any discrepancies or changes within 3 hours of placing the order. After this time the order is in processing mode and we cannot guarantee any changes.

Inspection

Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Do not a install defective product.

Acclimation

Allow flooring to acclimate in the installation area for 3-7 days. It is the installer’s responsibility to determine acceptability of the moisture level.

Processing your order for shipment

Panda Bamboo Floors orders are packaged and prepared carefully. The flooring itself comes in carton quantities for easy individual lifting. The cartons are individually stacked on a pallet and tightly banded together to the pallet. Our shipment is double inspected to insure proper quantities and styles.

After the order/delivery day

Tracking numbers are provided via email a couple days after the shipment leaves our warehouse. The delivery company contact information is provided in the tracking number email as well. All communication related to the delivery status and its scheduling is facilitated by us. We require the delivery company to call you a day or two prior to your shipment being ready for delivery. The typical delivery during the day is an A.M or P.M delivery. On delivery day the delivery company will make a curbside delivery.

On delivery day

  • Inspect the outside of the cartons for any signs of damage. If the product is damaged the cartons will show distress and be torn.
  • We list the amount of cartons on the driver’s delivery slip that your shipment should contain. Count the cartons to make sure they are all there.
  • Make a note on the delivery slip (BOL) for the amount of any damaged cartons or the amount of missing cartons.
  • Sign the delivery slip and receive both the damaged and undamaged product.
  • Call us to arrange for the replacement of the damaged product or any cartons that may be missing.

We replace your product and work with the delivery companies on shipping claims. This is full service, with us filing your claim provided you sign for the damage upon receipt of the shipment. If you do not sign for shipping damage on the BOL at the time of delivery we will be unable to file a claim with the delivery company on your behalf. This means we are not able to provide you with replacement material at no cost and you would have to file a claim with the shipping company on your own.

Refunds

  • Please allow 24 hours for internal processing of credit card refunds.
  • Please allow 48 hours for processing check/money order refunds. Check/money orders are refunded only after the funds have cleared our bank.
  • Refund checks that are not picked up in person are mailed via USPS priority mail.

Changed, canceled and returned orders.

Orders can be adjusted or changed during the same day. After this time there is no guarantee that an order can be changed or the shipping from the warehouse cancelled.

Orders can also be cancelled after they have shipped. In this event the order is subject to a non negotiable 25% cancellation fee as well as the cost to stop and return the shipment charged by the shipping company.

(1) Curbside Delivery. A curbside delivery means the driver is not responsible for entering the home or garage. The customer is responsible for carrying the product carton by carton into the location of their choosing. the most affordable type of delivery for our customers.
